Jeddah hosted the Real Estate Partnerships Forum from September 10 to 12, 2025, with broad participation from investors, developers, banks, and investment funds. The forum emphasized the importance of public–private partnerships in driving sustainable urban development.

Sessions covered modern financing models, joint-development frameworks, long-term investment strategies, and housing solutions aligned with population growth. Successful partnership case studies from various Saudi cities were showcased.

A delegation from Nawaat Al Arabia attended the forum to deepen its understanding of the real-estate sector, which plays a major role in supporting event venues and exhibition infrastructure across the Kingdom.
